going crazy

To me the worst thing is i have 2 young kids ages 2 and 5 and i don't have anything to get me thru and it sucks cause i don;t even wanna get off the couch and it would be nice to have one or too to keep me from feeling like this i don't wanna get messed upi from quitting cold turky because of the kids it is not fair to them at all and i dont know what to do I go to the doctor in 3 days and i am going to talk to him i am in pain plus my stoumc hurts so bad and one minuite i am cold the mext i sweat but am still cold i hate this and i don;t know what to do to help. please someone give me some ideas.....I will love you forever:)

what medication are you taking? And what dosage how many times a day? Is there a particular reason that you want off of the medication being that you are still in pain? You have plenty of options, you don't have to stop cold turkey, your doctor can show you how to slowly taper down your dose and help find other meds that can manage your pain but won't upset your stomach. There are always NSAID's (motrin, naproxen) or muscle relaxants like flexeril. It just depends on what kind of pain you are having and what meds your body will respond to the best.
