Tramadol is a synthetic opiate...if you were addicted to vicodin, you're still supplying your body with opiates. Opiates decrease sex drive...so...there's your answer.

Why did you transfer your addiction from vicodin to tramadol? I"m very curious in your story and reasoning...

Why? Because I am an IDIOT!
I thought I could use the Tramadol to taper off opiates. Here I am, six months later.....

I am taking 4 a day....trying to taper.

I am going to try taking just 3 today....then cut down to 2 next week, etc etc etc.
