Hey.......you may want to add some potassium to the mix it helps with the legs a whole bunch also if you take the magnesium b/4 bed it will aid in sleep
vlarian root is helpful also melatonin but early on I dont think any thing works you just got to grind it out for a few days then that stuff will help the no sleep thing will drive you nuts im bipolar so my sleep is a mess anayway havent slept in 2 nights.....dosent help that I work at 2.30in the morning but buy the 2nd day your dragging but I wish you all the best with your recovery congrats on your clean time hang in there it worth the prize..........Gnarly
