I also had nasty headaches that just stayed with me from morning to nite. Once I started taking tyrosine with b6 and b12 the headaches went away. The headaches are normal. Before I started the tyrosine I was taking advil and tylenol at the same time and it took the edge off for a while. I also noticed that eating something help for a short time.

My hubby got headaches too. He took acetaminophen or tylenol (or paracetamol as its called in New Zealand) and the VitB's as BIKERDAD said. Plus he drank heaps of water. They do pass...hang in there :o)

thanks for your continued support im relived its a normal part of withdrawals....beats
thinking it was a brain tumor that the methadone has been covering up ....but hopefully
they go away im going to try some supplements as suggested, hey yesterday a friend
prayed with me and at 4to6 Oclock I dident get one...first day in like 2 weeks I dident have one.....also slowing down on my taper its like day 7 at 4mg and I think my body is
finely starting to adjust to the lower dose im just hoping and praying there over
and dont come back when i go to 3 mg annyway again THANK YOU for all support

I had headaches from the moment I awoke to the moment I went to bed.  I still have them but not near as bad as the first ones.  It does taper off and eventually go away.  hang in there, this is a great support group here so don't ever feel like you're going through this alone.

I went thru a Rapid detox oh about 41 days ago and i still had the worst w/d's ever.  not exactly sure why i paid $9,000??  anyways, i have also been getting horrid headaches.  they are faint and hardly noticeable in the a.m.. and quite alot different at night.  my eyeballs ache and i can hardly stand watching t.v. it makes it worse.  It feels like someone has a vice around my brain.  i haven't taken any mdone in 41 days and i am still having issues. it absolutely *****!!!!  these headaches just started about 2 weeks ago.  i feel your pain everyone. i also have a 1 1/2 yr old so that makes it even harder.  smoking u know what has relieved the headaches for me,as for now. not crystal m. lol.. maybe try that. i am not a smoker but i would probably try anything at this point.
