Horrible back headaches

Every time that i am with my friends i tend to laugh alot but lately when i have been laughing i tend to get these horrible headaches from my lower neck all the way to the top part of my head from the back. I have to take a minute and hold my head and close my eyes really hard til the pain goes away and i often feel dizzy and see blury when this happens and i am getting these pains more than once a day. Im worried if what if a vein or artery pops in my head or could it be high blood pressure ( im only 22 Yrs old) what could it be?

                                          Thank You

Go to the medical site and ask one of the doctors, Or make a doctors appointment because I am not sure but most folks here are fighting addiction and not sure if anyone here is qualified to answer that .. Just a suggestion a-wakan
