going on 42 hours really tired i have some ambeim and ativan the dr. gave me little bit ago is it save to take some?

The atavan is great for anxiety and the ambien for sleep.

Yes, it's safe to take prescribed amounts.

I would take tiny bites out of the atavan at first just to see if only a little helps enough.

if you read the thomas recipe it says its ok to take ativan or stuff like that...check out the health pages...

I would use the atavan sparingly ,the ambain may help with sleep. Just remember they  both can cause dependency .....don't trade your problem in for 2 others
