hey i need some help had a relaps and help getting back on my feet

I have a long history of cronic (chronic) pain and migrains i had ben clean off oxys for two and a half months when my pain started comeing back so i went to the doc and he perscribd me norco 10/325 i thoght i would be able to control myself because my problem was with oxy not hydro so he gave me a months suply of 120 and well i stared abuseing them so now i take 25mg three times a day wich is nothing compaired to how much oxy i used to take but no i need help makeing a plain to wien off the and any tricks to get through it fast. I know your pain, I am in the same boat. I used over the weekend, Now I have to start over. Sucks, I know..

Good luck to you.  You may want to try c/t if you feel you won't be able to control the taper.  I know with myself, I am not disciplined enough.  In any event, there are tons of people to help.

I heard Avis has a plan for tapering.  I'm sorry about your chronic pain. I am a wimp when it comes to pain. But I can't take the opiates as perscribed, believe me I've tried.
Congrats on your decision to get clean.

U could just jump off and go ct...if u were clean for a while before the hydros...it should only last a few days...flu-like symptoms...tapering is hard but at 75 mg  a day you could taper down and quit as well if u have the pills..i gave mine to someone to dole out to me each day...there is a great article on tapering in the health pages as well as the thomas recipe...skim thru there and good luck..better to catch it now and nip it in the bud!
