hey m a 22 yr old CA final student want to quit corex n opium

hey m a 22 yr old ca final student ...n m into dese drugs(opium, n corex) want to quit them ...this is the 5th day i managed to stay without them ...but m gettin panic attacks...n m feelin too depressed...m gettin cravings fr them n also sufferin frm muscular pains specially leg pains at night while sleepin...m nt even gettin sound sleep...wat shud i do???

congratulations on 5 days! that's great! just keep not taking them! there are supplements you can take to ease the suffering(thomas recipe on the bottom right of this page) but youare still going to suffer some. if you go back to using the drugs you will suffer much much more. keep coming on this site. there are always people on here who are in the same or similar circumstances and can share their experience , strength and hope with you. have you ever considered attending NA or AA meetings? they are helping me alot. i am not completely clean yet. im am only weaning now. haven't used enough to get high in a long time. i wish you the best! peace, sway

I was a junkie for about 8 years, meth heroin and cocaine clean now for 2.5 years the best thing I did and still do for myself is stay in a clean environment ( home) for a few weeks if possible and never never drive down the streets or even the same routes where your dealers or buddies that use are. And don't contact them even to check on them or just to say hi. You will start to feel better in probably a week or two. Also talk to your dr they can help a lot but don't give up. You can do it if you really want it
