Hey just got back from CPR class it got over early thank god!!!! I am really tiered and am going to bed to watch tv i am so stressed not only with my husband but money too dont have any my sons birthday is may 18th and i have to drive an hour to get to a wal-mart or any store pretty much and gas here is $3.30 a gallon dont know what im gonna do i dont want to let him down so i  am just really upset and depressed right now. Hey I was reading your ultram post from yesterday and I'm thinking that what most likely happened in your class is maybe it was not fully explained. Ultram has both opioid and non-opioid actions but is categorized as an opioid analgesic. Any drug that has any type of affinity to any opiate receptors is opioid but not necessarily narcotic. Ultram does bind to your mu opiate receptors (which is its opioid action) It also inhibits the re-uptake of serotonin and noreipnephrine (which are its non-opioid actions) The increase in serotonin, norepi., and endorphins are thought to work together to relieve pain even though serotonin has not traditionally been used in pain relief.

I think that's what you were asking about if I remember correctly
