Speak with your doctor, he will wheen you and unfortunatly ( baby is involved ) you baby....You need expert's advice and I'm just a recovering addict... But thats my opinion.. DR......

good you posted a new thread! Vickie is right. Your OB will help you, they want you to be clean and healthy for this baby. Don't be afraid to talk to him/her about your concern. It is the best way to get the help you need. If you try to do it on your own you will stress the baby too much.
