what was the strength of the tablets?

by danatcathays, Sep 09, 2009 01:48PM
ok, was it solphodine? if so each tablet has 8mg of codiene - or if you had prescription then more like 30mg of codiene - read my posts - i'm coming to day three - well i can still type, its been painful, very much like flu, but i don't feel as if i am going to sie - being positive and believing are important. Sounds like we were taking similar does. Thank God that its not esculated and congratulate yourself in recognising your problem.

Open up - and people here will help, they have helped me. I don't think i would have even tried if were not for the people posting here.

you asked about withdrawal symptoms - These were MINE

Aches all over the body - at times painful
slight anxiety - did lose breath once - but not alarming
legs the worst ache
no sleep

today, as above, but diahrea joined in.
Stomach ache

I was able to go to the shops later - that shows that you can live through it - but there is no way i could have worked.

On here is something called Thomas Recipie - i used it - us both from the UK, unlikely that you will get valium - so i replaced that with Herbal Kalms.

Vitamin b6 and L-Tyrosine can be bought in a health store - mutiple vitamins which have minerals - copper, magnusium etc

None of the baove are adictive and have helped me - even if its in the mind.

Never take anything with codeine again!
