The best advice is this: Do not put any more drugs up your nose. Period. You'll just continue to irritate it.  I know the pain is a bear so continue with the lidocaine and antibiotic ointment. Apply it with a Q tip and wash your hands before touching your nose.  Don't blow your nose hard for a few weeks. It needs some time without trauma.

You'll have to take the Percocet by mouth and that should help the pain just don't put it up your nose. I'd hate to see you end up needing surgery; it's painful and disfiguring.

Good luck with this and check back for advice on how to quit and stay clean.
