Try to keep in mind that your pain will more than likely be better after you are off of the pills for awhile than it was on them. It will be worse initially when you quit, but get better and better the more time you put between you and the pills. Do you have any left? If so, and you are serious about this, I would flush those suckers!
thank you! i'm trying but i hate that i took some today. i do have a plan i'm just scared! i don't want this to keep going!foot or no foot.
Good deal! It sounds like you have everything ready to go. That's the best thing you can do for yourself right now is to set up a good support system. And you aren't being dramatic. This is a very hard thing to go through. Keep exercising, it will help you to heal more quickly and it also helps with the sleep and anxiety part of detox. Just keep fighting and you will get through this!
i cut the sources! and for the past 2 months i've been going to the gym and changing my eating habits i told my best friend and my daughter they think i'm being dramatic! but i know i'm not...i did well my dr wanted to give me another script for pain i said no.it was hard..that's a good point abt the blood pressure..i'm going to try the gym on thursday.nothing major just so i don't stop exercising...honestly noone at work uses and we are all friends! so i cut the one who gave me some..
It might especially with your blood pressure med. You definitely need to be upfront with your doctor. Detoxing usually raises your blood pressure quite a bit, so you may need an increase in your blood pressure med for a little bit. If you are really wanting to do this, it is so important to be 100% honest and cut all of your sources for pills. That means changing your playground. You may have to distance yourself from friends who use. You can do this and you are in the right place to get support, encouragement, and info. We will be here for you. Please keep posting.

The withdrawal symptoms are going to depend on a bunch of factors like age, amount of use, drug of choice, and how long you have used. General health also plays a part in this. So, yes everyone is different. What do you mean by 'do regular meds make wd worse or better?' ? Are you asking if you are taking the opiates on a regular basis does that increase the length of detox symptoms?
i take percocet 7.5 it's built up for the past 2 months..so 4 or 5 a day.i broke my foot but i was taking it before hand.i don't want to use the foot as an excuse.and i won't.since july i was in australis for 5 weeks i did'nt notice any withdrawals..but now i took 2 pills.so now i'm just confused. i take seizure meds and zoloft so maybe that's why i can't notice wds
What to you consider a regular med???
Wd's are different for everyone but most people say they see a considerable difference around day for. What are you on and for long?
