restless legs is caused somtimes from a dopamine deficiency..i dont know ur dose but when u take away the supply of endorphins u were feeding ur body/the pills/ur body knew there was an extra source//and being the fine tuned mechanism it is/the brain stopped producing as much...give it some time..dopamine is often the culprit and parkinsons/the jerks that u c with this disease r a bit similar as parkinsons is caused by a lack of dopamine as well...good thing is ur brain will sense the lack of the outside source and catch up/cos u dont have parkinsons
good luck...read the health pages and always move forward
try otc called hylands restful leg also bananas and lots of hot baths and showers. gatorade or powerade . have you checked out the thomas recipe and amino acid protocol? also try to exercise, even if it is just getting outside and walking around your lawn for 10 minutes. My doctor told me stretching exercise is good for leg cramps and rls. you might google that and try something easy to start out with. good luck. you can do this, take one day at a time.
yes the worst should be rapping up...i took tons of vitamins mainly B12 subs, tried to eat healthy, hot showers, tried to surround myself in fun enviroments or watched something funny...laughter is good, try to do some physical work even a short walk. what mom of two might be thinking of is magnesium caps you can get at grocery/drug stores..it will get better...don t be discouraged if you have some bad days...it takes time to get our bodies back in mode..hang in there....maria
The worst should be over with soon. Try loading up on food that is high in vitamin K (will help with the leg cramps). There is a natural herbal remedy that can help with this. Can't think of the name but I am sure someone will come along that know's it. Hot, Hot baths will help to and exercising (take a walk) will help. Hang in there!!!
