there really isn't a "best" way..you could get a small amount of valium to help with muscle aches and such..and there is the thomas recipe..you can find it in the health pages to the right..it has a list of vitamins,aminos,and supplements you can take to help your body recover..and then there is old fashined hot baths for rls and muscle aches..etc..what are you comming off of? and how much?
What is the drug and the quantity you were taking?
Sad In Michigan is right about the Thomas Recipe. Detoxing from painkillers is something that should be planned, however, as a former addict, I know that sometimes we have to withdraw with little notice.
