how to do Instant message??

Can someone tell me how to use Instant message on this site? Sometimes I want to IM people who I have heard.  IM works here, but Im not sure if its true.Peace!

HI I was on methadone for pain management for 6 1/2 yrs ......today if someone was to recamend it ti me I would run the other way trust me you dont want to wind up on theat stuff there are a lot of side effects drosyness
noding off at the most inappropriate times your sex lif stops and your sorta in a fog that you dont realize till your off the stuff thats when it gets really bad I got up to 150mg and it took me 8 1/2 mo to ween off going in and out of withdrawals along the way then your sick for another 90 days after you stop PLEASE take my advise and use something other then methadone for your pain control it will ruin many parts of your life.......Gnarly

I HAVE BEEN IN EXACTLY 10 VEHICLE ACCIDENTS FROM 2006-2010 AND I AM SUFFERING FROM BLOWN AND BULDGING DISCS, SPONDYLOLESTHESIS OF L5-S1, BILARERAL INTERNAL TIBIAL TORSION, OUTWARD ROTATION OF BOTH HIPS, SPINAL FRACTURES THAT ARE NOT MENDING, HERNIA, ETC.... PLEASE SEND INFORMATION TO ***@****. I APPRECIATE ALL AND ANY HELP THAT ANYBODY CAN AND DOES DO FOR ME, AS I WOULD DO THE SAME FOR THEM. a box will appear it will say send a note or send a message or add a friend
just click on send a message and you will be able to send a message that will arrive in there e/mail not quit a instant messenger but it will allow you to speak privately with someone......Gnarly
