health is good considering but I cant gain weight and as a bloke it effects my confidence big time...thanks for answering guys
I agree with the above post. But some people are thinner than others and just like it can be hard for people to get weight off, it can be just as hard for some people to put it on.
First thing, though, is to get a checkup and make sure you're healthy. And when wanting to put weight on, make sure you do it in a healthy way. High calorie junk food is not the way to go. A good nutritionist would be able to help you a lot in giving you lists of foods that are healthy but high calorie (like bananas, for instance.)
You should probably see a Dr and get a check up. Drugs take a lot of nutrients from our bodies. Stress takes a lot from us too and wears us down . It causes other medical problems also.You may just need some vitamins. A Dr is the only one that can safely guide you for weight gain and make sure there is no underlying problems.
