how to quit without going crazy

ive beenon pain oills for three years im really ready to quit i gonna lose my wife kids ordeaed. I take about 20 or30 z day i would spend every penny we have to getthem plus the drs i get them fromive tried toquit cold turkey but its not working i need some advice pleace im very serious

In or out detox could help you so much!  Ga Guy is right.  Especially if you are doing anything you can to get them, which is very addictive behavior and hard to stop alone while detoxing at home.

You can do this at home if you have your wifes support.  Your going to need a week off of work as you go thru the detox stage.  Some of us can't afford to go into detox.  If you follow the thomas recipe to the T you will get thru the most diffacult part of detoxing.  You also need to come clean with your doc and he might give you something to make the ride a little smoother for you.  Most docs will help you if you ask them to help with your addiction.  First and foremost come clean with your wife and tell her you want to do this or you may risk losing everything you have worked for so hard your whole life!!  I've been in your shoes with the wife and 2 little ones and a good job.  Get yourself together and dig deep or it will only get worse.  You are going to need some type of aftercare like NA or a Addiction Therapist.  If not most people relapse without aftercare.
