If you are in w/ds you are probably sneezing a lot too. The cough can be from drainage and I don't know where you live but here in the South the pollen is horrible. I can't take any allergy meds so I'm pretty miserable right now. I had the flu about 2 months ago and a cough for 6 weeks. Coughs seem to last for a long time. Sorry

If it is a dry cough you might try sucking on a cough drop or hard candy and if it is producing flem (phlegm) be sure to spit it up and if it persist much longer you might have it checked as it could be bronchitis, My last cough was that and I'm 51 and never had bronchitis before in my life... Take care

I took Claritin-D and it really helped cut back the amount of times I sneezed and coughed each day...it really doesn't help when its pollen season outside everywhere in the country either, but the claritin and halls cough drops helped a lot.
