hurting , naproxen ok right?

Hey guys ,
I fell earlier. Landed on my still healing shattered heal/ lower leg.
  Its swollen bad, i feel so sik again,, the pain is making me gon nuts.
  I threw eveything out narcotic in my house 5 days ago. im glad i did but ,, man im hurtin
  looked up naproxen . i dotn care if it tears my stomach up again.
   its "safe " to use right? plz say yes its all i can find .
500 MG naproxen

Im such an idiot.. soo my fault.. wiped out on the cruthes.. had the brace/boot off, landed on my shattered heal, . liitle better atm i guess, took a ton of motrin instead of naproxin.. my stomach wnt bananans,, i feel so sick i ,, was not ready for this.. the pain is screaming for its old freind..friking shaking and i feel like day 7 or somehting,, wth happened?

Wasnt expecting the pain to make me feel "sick"again,, Maybe its just in my mind
Been icing/heating for few hours now. therapy 7 times. thats the one thing i remember .
Another long night it loooks like.. sigh

800mgs of motrin can be safely taken.. i am told it works very well for pain.. i would try a ice/heat combination too... ice for 10min heat for 10min repeat that helps me when i am in pain.. end with heat though helps relax the immflamation before bed..

Pain can make our addictions play horrible mind games with us... be careful and try to recognize that it is pain and it will pass..healing takes time..

it is safe however most people have great success with 800mgs of motrin if you have some..
