the sleep thing is what bothers me the most out of anything. i almost feel as if i need the sleep pills to sleep because i try and cant fall asleep
Can anyone tell me how much they used to take how long and how long the sleeplessness was goin on for?
A small piece of advice- (from someone who's been there) You're doing GREAT right now! I had a similar experience as well. My day 4, I was much better. Remember, the 'peak' for w/d's is 72 hours (3 days) and the worst part is over now. Getting through the next several months is like climbing a hillside, but you will indeed have the strength to do it now- you are actually finally free from having to wake up every single day of your life and take those few pills just to get by your day! Isn't that an awesome feeling? If you ever need someone to talk to, I'm usually always here..
Keep up the good work!

once again i cant sleep. maybe cuz i went to sleep yesterday at around 330 and work up at 10.i took the sleep pill again but i cannot fall asleep yet again.i jus wish i could sleep i can handle everything else...it jus makes me wanna cry when i think of it :(.and if u knew me im not the person to b like this. please someone how long did it take for the insomnia to stop?
Insomnia, like I said, doesn't last that long at all.. you get even more sleep, gradually, as the nights go by.. for instance, if you slept 6 hours last night, you may sleep about 7 hours tonight.. it's very hard to say, as everyone's body is quite different. the sleep thing, however, seems to relate everyone else's experiences here.. I have heard it and gone through it.. it's quite similar after you've been around enough people that go through it..
If you are experiencing RLS, try Hyland's restful legs.. every time I experienced it, I took two of them and I was sleeping right away (legs stopped jumping). You can get that pretty much at any pharmacy.
Hydroxizine also helped me to sleep.. calms your body soo much. I would check into all of these things..
Keep up the good work! You're doing great! :D
