i just got 8 hours peaceful sleep

after almost 3 weeks of very very very little sleep and lots of w/d symptoms, i slept a full 8 hours last night.

bliss.

symptoms are almost completely gone, i am on the other side.

3 weeks! of terrible suffering / effort, but im here now.

i feel for anyone who is on the pill side of this, wanting to be clean.

its a long hard road to get out, but its only 3 weeks and you get the rest of your life back.

and if you dont do it now, then when?

another 2 years? 4 years 8 years?

Do you have energy? I couldn't get past day 6 because I was so extremely lethargic.  Do you feel like you can get daily things accomplished? Just wondering, because I can't imagine how I could even do laundry without popping a pill 1st.  So, my main thing is...How long before you have your full energy back?

ive been completely lethargic for 3 weeks, havent felt like doing anythng, but i woud get up and do it anyway.exhausted beyond exhaustion but still couldnt sleep.3 weeks..hell. but i knew there was light at the end, each day was a little easier, a little.

Congratulations, doesn't it feel great?? I am so happy for you! And you are right...if people don't do it now, then at some point they will have to, whether it be a year or ten years...but the sooner, the easier, the better!!! You guys can ALL beat this...I've been there, sat there wondering how I'd get laundry done without the energy from a pill, or wondering how my friend could be smililng, and laughing, about her long day and she didnt even take a VICODIN!!! I so know how all you guys feel...I just can't wait for you to see how great it feels to be clean, and for awhile!!
