Stop taking them. You want an answer, there it is. Plus if you get deployed and have wd there you're screwed.
There is no quick fix or easy solution.  We are all in the same boat.
If you haven't taken them for long you'll be fine after a day or two.
Good luck

You have to quit taking them. The no sleep and constantly having to stretch is mild wds. If you dont quit taking them youll get real wds and its hel   l  on earth. You dont wanna go down that road. Read everyones posts here. Hear the suffering. Its a very sad thing. Ive been trying to kick the habbit for a year. You dont have to that. If you have pills get rid of them and promise yourself youll NEVER pick one up again. Its not OK. If you do. You should go get help somewhere. Dont let these ruin your life. Your better than that. These pills are nothing to mess with. Its posion. Be smart and just dont take pain killers. Its not to late but you gotta take a step in the right direction starting NOW.
