i need some help and friends that i can call and talk to.

somebody please call me and talk to me. it is the same stuff. older guy pushing 60 living out of the country in Latin America.
iam tired scared,sick alone. iam someboby´s dad,son,brotherand i feel like iam going to die. 20 miilligrams of methadone for three years. i cannot sleep feelweak,sick all the time. there is no suboxone here orany Buprenorphine drugs here how can i get off ,after that i must return alone, penniless with no place to live. i was a multi-millionare ilost it all due to addiction. what is left for me. it is all my doing. iam so sad crying upset my life is almost over. no one cares i want to die.help me please i need some friends.
