im worried about my sister

can someone tell me how to help my 23 yr old sis to stop doin xanax?

Very carefully.  She will need lots of support and possibly help tapering off.  Xanax is very rude and dangerous to your body if you stop cold turkey.
I had a doctors help.  Well rehab...about 15 years ago.
she shouldn't do it alone if possible.

First of all you can't tell her to do anything she will fight you.......

I also agree Benzo's should not stop Cold turkey is is dangerous.

if ur sister wants to clean up off a benzo i strongly believe that the only safe way is a slow and gradual taper wif periods where the dose will be plateaued to give the dtoxing mind/body a chance 2 rest.it shuld really only b done under constant medical supervision.i almost drowmed in a bath while in a dtox unit b/c i went into a seizure.the head **** that goes wif the benzo dtox is unbelievable.i felt like i was going insane and got extremly paranoid.please be careful. i really hope it works out.good luk
