insurane cover?

by luvmyfrogs, Oct 14, 2008 11:24AM
ive been on syboxone now for almost 2 months, started out at 3 8 mg per day now down to 3/4-1 8 mg a day. i felt great on on the subs, well at my check up yesterday it seems one of my cerival fussion screws is not screwing in with the other 2. . so they have to open me back up and screw it in manually,, dr knows about the subs and i have been just taking 1/4 a day since  monday, surgery is friday. dr said to call insurance and see if they would cover my post meds. im scarred to call i dont want to be reg flagged forever,.thought i'd ask here first if anyone had to go back to nocotics after being on subs and the insurance covered them both?  the subs were like 250.00 cash so i ran them through my insurance, i have some indea that perks cost about 200 without insurance..im confussed any answers out there??? thanks..diane

yes the sub blocks the perks, but if your at a low dose, or off of them for 2 or 3 days  they will help with pain.. after surgery... i need to get this done asap.. i think i will just call the insurance company..thanks for you response..

did the doctor tell you to stop taking the subs a few days before your sugery .I would not think your ins should give you a hard time .
