Well you are not supposed to be feeling wonderful where you are.   You are a bit over the 1/2 mark and I will say that the worst symptoms are behind you.  Now I don't poo poo chest pains.  It could be though that the drugs have affected all the organs of the body, you get withdrawl from respiratory thus the sniffles and sneezes and  you get it with the digestive system with the runs and cramps and  all organs detox.

Chest pain that is serious and needs attention is something you and only you can decide about.  Do you think it is just a tighten chest sensation?  Does it travel down your arm or into your jaw?

Seems I felt like my ribcage was sucked inwards and I had a great deal of pain across my back at the chest region.  Now that is not cardiac I think more just detox but a true symptom of a heart condition is radiation of pain down usually the left arm or into the jaw  along with tingling perhaps.  Some people though state it is just a massive feeling of serious indigestion.  It's very hard to try to decide over the internet and I am not qualified to do that.
Keep an eye on it but probably is nothing more that detox, take a warm bath to try to relax and a heating pad.  If it doesn't get better you could get it checked out in the ER but that is your call and only you can call that one.

I think you are going to be fine.  This sounds about par to me for how I felt at your point.   Just remember going backwards just throws you back about  into a cycle of withdrawl.

what else you are taking?  Are you on something to help with the withdrawl as it could be related to that and not the detox.

Im not taking anything else all Ive taken today is just some motrin. I do suffer from occiasional panic attacks though, so I'm thinking thats what it may be. the pain does not travel down my left arm or into my jaw. I can't believe I did this to myself, I feel so many feelings of guilt anger sorrow, its tough to take all of this in at once ya know? I just keep fixating on taking pills but for what? To be right back where I am now in two days thats just crazniess. I'm just worried about having to go back to work on wednesday, I am a Hairstylist and I stand on my feet for sometimes 8hours at a time. None of my coworkers know of my habit so I have no one to turn to except for myself and that scares me.

Well be good to yourself.  You are beating yourself up and now is the time to be kind to you.  What is done is done and don't look back  and guilt yourself anymore.  Go forward.

If you get to work and find that you can't take more than 1/2 a day then just tell them you are feeling like you have the flu or feeling ill. Or still not well from the flu you had.  Nobody is going to say anything or know unless you tell them.

Plus you have to take care of yourself.  It takes time to get strength back as I am still weak weak and standing would probably do me in.  I could do a sit job and or up and down but sheer standing even now would be a bit much for me.  So just call in if you have to and tell them you don't want to give them the flu and I bet they would be very very grateful that  you stayed home and kept the flu at your house lol.

You also have to be your caretaker.  Your coworkers maybe great but only you can take care of you.  I suspect many of them would do the same.  So be  good to thineself now.   It does sound more of a detox chest pain problem.  You though may do find by Wednesday.   Take it day by day and see.

Panic attacks can cause chest pain as well...but any type of chest pain should always be evaluated by your doctor as it can be a dnagerous symptom as well.  call and get a work up from ur doctor asap...especially if this continues
