Just so you dont sit here waiting for an answer     dont think you will get one     you really need to call your doc that prescribed the Sub  be honest and allow him/her to advise you on what actions you should take in the next few days.  Good luck.

Hi Brando,

I am sorry that you are in pain, don't beat yourself up for slipping a little.  You are in the right place here, we all fall down and the important thing is to pick up and continue moving forward.  You are on a low dose of suboxone, this is good.  Are you interested in tapering off completely?  I assume that since you took some oxy today that you are still dealing with some pain, or is that maybe pain from the addiction?  Taking the oxy should not "hurt" you.  If you took the oxy this morning, then you should be able to take your suboxone tomorrow without any trouble.  Rule of thumb with suboxone is that you want to be in minor w/d, but if you also took suboxone today, you probably won't feel much.  Go with how you feel, but you may also want to consult with your doctor if you have any doubts.  If you are in pain to the point where you feel like you need something, you may also want to consult with your doctor about that.  I wish you the best and hope you feel better.  If you are interested in tapering off suboxone completely, keep posting and you will get lots of advise to help you here.

What type of pain were u in?  wd pain or another source like chronic pain?  if u took oxy to take the edge of f wd then u r not really in the right ballpark for what sub was intended for..most drs make u attend aftercare while u r on sub...sub is not a fantastic pain reliever at all...i am not sure of ur background nor why u were on the oxy before the sub..i do know u r getting into sub addiction territiory now that u r over the 21 day mark..u r trying to cut back but perhaps it is not the time for u to wean off...some need to use it long term while they do the work they need to do thru intense aftercare...sub can help u skip wds pretty much..but it can not make u clean..only u can...with the long half life of sub it is doubtful the oxy u took even had any effect at all anyway..u need to examine ur goals and re-examine ur plan...u need to talk with ur sub dr and be sure he is aware of ur plan..long term or short term sub..ur dr can help u but u gotta communicate with him

why did u have oxy in ur reach or access?  just asking cos that is a number one mistake people make is keeping those puppies around "just in case"  if ur goal is to be oxy free, then u gotta let go...and do the work u need to do....talk to ur dr and keep us posted
