thank you for responding and the advice. i will try the thomas recipe just to let you know i relapsed today at work it was to rough but im gonna keep tryin. maybe i should try to wean myself off becuase cold turkey from 6-8 a day is just so hard. il keep you informed when i can. thank u sooooo much for caring
check out the thomas recipe and amino acid protcol, at the bottom right of the page,get immodium, and bananas for rls, drink plenty of gatorade or powerade. post and keep posting. we are here for you. good luck
