is this as bad as heroin

ive done lots of street drugs/meth/coke/lsd/etc but never have felt this badcoming off the mental part is the worst for me that and my whole body hurts and i keep yawning is that how ya feel coming  off heroin?????

Are you on day 1? If so except to be in the bathroom alot I mean alot. Your legs and arms are very restless and coughing sneezing and yawning are all apart of it. If you have xanax diffinatly take it. Are you at work? The best way I've gotten through it is sleep for two days off and on. That when you need the xanax.

yes.it gets more complicated.stomach cramps insomnia aches everywhere anxiety depression right now ive got chills in florida! sneezing no lie 40x a day.its only ur body adjusting and learning to be normal again.ur brain has to rewire itself.it gets better after some time.so far ive done more today and feel better then i have since stopping.and ive also done lots of street drugs opiods and methadone are the worst.its one of the biggest tricks out there.
