Oh my friend,
Hello and welcome to the forum,

If this is the first time you have gond through withdrawals than they are likely to be pretty tough.  Sleeping all day will do little to help because it takes longer than a day to get over the withdrawals and since you have to work tomorrow, finding out how hard they are in the morning probably isn't a good idea.  Check out the Thomas Recipe located under the Health Pages at the top right of this page.  I don't know much about your history with this addiction so everything I am saying is just an assumption if you would like to include more information I can try to help more.....

Have you been addicted to anything in the past?
Have you withdrawn from anything in the past?
Have you ever been in treatment?

Plus anything else you would like to add would be helpful...Good Luck either way.

It doesn't matter how old you are.  I am going to recommend treatment although you may not be receptive to it.  I think it would benefit you greatly to learn something more about what makes your addiction so hard.  I know you have been around a while and likely know quite a bit about a lot of things but what I learn most about every day is myself and my addiction.  The wisdom started from knowledge I recieved in recovery.

Either way I find it hard to say that this is going to be easy and I don't think you expect it to be anyway.  I do wish you the best of luck, however and I hope you keep us posted.
