long term effects from darvecet

My doctor has given me Darvocet for about six years now for back pain. What are the long term effects

darvocet is a weak narcotic with alot of tylenole in it...so liver problems are the most often side effect....4000 mgs of tylenol is the max dose per day..each darvacet has 650 mgs as a rule....r u taking them as prescribed?

Yea, I know the tylenol effect on my liver. I guess I'm concerned as it seems I want to start my day by taking a darvecet. My doctor tell's me as long as I don't take over four a day that long term, I should be ok.
