Hi,

Since you have a history of medical issues, you will need to work with your prescribing doctor to come off. Know that you will suffer withdrawal because of the length of time you have been on them. Please be very careful and only do this with a doctor's help.

as a rule, folks do not  work up to higher mgs on sub?  They try and work dow..which is what u need to do and slowly
Your dr needs to know and if he will not write u a taper then there r some in the health pages...most dont feel the taper til 2 mgs then it gets to 1/4 pills and crumbs each day..then even every other day.

what is it u wanna do?
Most do not have seizaures from narc wd...do u have a seizure disorder?  This would make a drs close supervision crucial
