About 3 weeks until I felt like I was completely better but I was taking much more than you. On that low dose it should only take a couple weeks at most. Your symptoms sound like its just physical, you didn't crave them or up our dose so you should be feeling better soon.

WOW!! I hate to over react but I thought i was getting early alzhimers or something.....it seems like it takes me soooooo long to think or remember something.....i cant seem to think straight how long did it take you to feel better? Leslie

That happened to me too. Its like you nerve endings are on overload.

All normal withdrawal symptoms. They WILL pass. Just give it time. The fog will lift, you'll get your energy back and be able to sleep. Just so you know being highly emotional is also a wd symptom.

also forgetfull, WEIRD sensations in body....like i have electricty running through me WHAT is up with that and is it common.... that is the one that really bothers me,,,,,,,i feel like my body just whacked out!!! Leslie

That's pretty much it. it feels like a really bad flu. Drink a lot of gatorade and take vitamins and there are some amino acids that are helpful as well. If you look in the health page in the top right corner, you will find a lot of info about them.

But you took so little you might just be able to just eat a healthy diet and exercise and you should be fine soon.

so i am not going crazy....what are the withdrawal symptoms???? i feel dizzy...lighthyeaded...off balance....mush for brains....hot...cold...sweaty...sleepy one minute, over stimulated the next, sick....ahhhhh have to pee often...

Yes it could. Your body got used to that one pill every day. Your dose is so low that yu should be feeling better soon. It usually only takes 5-7 days ot get rid of the physical symptoms of withdrawals.

Even with one pill taken everyday can cause WD .I am suprized you are still feeling bad after 4 days ,I would think it should be getting better anytime now  If it lasts more then a week I dont think it would hurt to go in for a check up ..... things will get better ...
