Not sure this is the way to respond to all of your suggestions. I was on 120mg for two years.Decided to go cold turkey.What a nightmare.23 days of pure hell. If I would have been told how hard this would be I would never have taken the first dose.It would be easier to withdraw from the pills and heroin..Thanks for all the feedback and please wish me luck.I am starting to fold...

Don't fold! you have come too far.I know sometimes it gets hard, but thats when we have to dig deep.Sometimes we gotta anti-up, we delt our own hands. stay strong..... i promise it gets better.

Please do not waste that 23 days !! I have read where the severe wd last up to a month You are almost there.. keep going you can do this !! lesa

i agree after two and half years i would rather go through two cold turkey heroin wds of the worst severity than to go through a 100mg of methadone wds, methadone is by far the worst and harshest wd opioid out there by far
