I really think you opening a can of worms here merhadone withdrawals can last for months mine did if you scare of C/T ing taper down some then jump off trust me stay aqway from the methadone...like you so many people come here looking for a softer ezer way to do thin but there is no'''get out of jail free card'' if you put your mind to it you can taper off the pills in a month or so methadone took me 8 1/2 mo to taper off....so if is the withdrawal your trying to get around it will only become worst with methadone ........please think this one out carefully

Im kinda going with the cold turkey... i started this mission 3 months ago and am still on it.. wish i got it over with sooner.. i replaced my addiction with subs and still went through bad kicks.. and still am a week off.. i wish i just did it 3 months ago instead of dragging it on like i did. Just do ur research on going cold turkey. Get the orc Meds and food and drinks and vitamins and amino acids and give urself 5 days or so where u dont have obligations... sounds like a mission but anyway u look at it its gonna be a mission and ur eventually gonna have to do it
...and you absolutely,positively don't think you can do this cold turkey??? I wish you could!
Most docs will put u at like 16mg a day... i only needed 4mg to start (subs) and it got me off h
I wouldn't do methadone.. i did subs... word of advise if u do use methadone or subs do as little as possible for as little time as possible. U will kick from both if u stay on either for long.
