Hang in there John!!    You are crossing that bridge to sobriety and the view is great on the other side.  It takes more effort to stay high than it does to stay clean.   At least in terms of time spent searching, stressing, counting pills, worrying about withdraw, obtaining money, waiting on dealers, pharmacies, etc.

Life is a lot of work. It's definitely a lot of work to stay high and definitely a lot of work to stay sober. I can't make life easier, I can only make it worth it. Feeling love and pain are enough to make it worth it. Truly feeling appreciation, for anything, is essential for survival, let a lot happiness. The fog goes away, the doubt vanishes, situations improve, simply by not taking a drug. Nutrition helps, exercise helps, but patience is the key. It's been a long strange trip, I know, but things where crapy before you decided to get clean, right? Things aren't really getting worse, it may feel bad, but rest assured, things are getting a lot better. Glad to see you're still at it john, you'll get there, one step at a time. GOD BLESS YOU!
