How long you been taking it are they 40mg pills 10 mg what?? It kinda depends on you if you are comfortable on 1/2 and been their for a while chances are you could go down an eighth to be safe then see how you feel for a few days no withdrawals go down another 1/8th and if you start to feel a little creepy stay their becaus the 1/4 you are still taking won't take long to even off...A-wakan
