my husband just got to his 6th month clean from 10 yrs of meth. one day at a time is all we have. you keep hanging in there. the first 60 to 90  days were pure hell for him. the emotions, weight loss, sneezing, very foggy, shakes, stomach issues, not sleeping, no energy,  not eating, basically like he had been hit by a train. the sneezing is just another way of your body ridding itself of the poison. each day will get better. after about the 90 day mark, he got much better.  he feels great now. keep up the good work. you can do this.
god bless you,
debbie

Hi Cookie....your doing great so far....but this stuff is a real grind to quit....I think the post withdrawal is worst then the initial withdrawal ....you get sick and tired of being sick and tired
but your 1/2 way there...try not to get discouraged you already feel better then b/4 but I know just how slow the progress is...I wish there was a way to speed it up but theres not
you just have to grind it out knowing better days are ahead if your not drinking the whey protein shakes start....I feel this really helps with the recovery process you got to give your brain what it needs to heal...you have done great keeping your spirits high dont loose that
attitude makes all the difference ....you are getting better keep telling your self that its just not as quickly as we would like...just know there is an end to the suffering and you will eventually get there....90 days was the turning point for me and most others start to see the light around the same time so hang in there...keep posting for support we all want to see you make it threw this and get well again good luck and God bless.....Gnarly
