mixing ambien with vicodin

i normally take 2 ambiens a night for insomnia but tonight they seemed to have no affect...i took a vicodin 7.5 then took 2 more ambiens can this cause an overdose

I don't know about an overdose, but taking more than you are supposed to can cause sleep walking, but in my case it was sleep driving.  It is very dangerous and you should not play around with it.  I HATE AMBIEN!!!

that's alot of Ambien.  I would be very, very careful....

for some, it does stop working after a certain point.  I know it did for me.

as for an overdose, none of us are doctors (i don't think) so no one can say for sure.  you likely are ok, but i would definitely not try it again...
