Congratulations on Your 8 days :) The mood swings are a beast to deal with.. I forced myself up and out of the house everyday in the beginning as getting outdoors and walking helped so much to smooth out my emotions.. You are doing great and remember tears are for stress release nothing wrong with them. It seems when we numb our emotions we do not deal properly with our stresses and when our minds are free of the fog it comes crashing in.. This all will pass as you deal with the pent up stresses I have kept a journal and it has helped so much to put my feelings into perspective.. Be kind to yourself and I wish you well.. lesa
Sorry your post got shuffled to the bottom and lost. Tramadol is very opiod like, but it also acts on seratonin in a way that's different than traditional opiates. Therefore, people experiencing Tramadol withdrawals usually have markedly increased depression issues. They do resolve, but takes time. It's best to taper off slowly and take your time.
