need a las vegas doctor who will....

I need to find a doctor in LAS VEGAS who prescribes antabuse, I do not have insurance and can not afford to play hit and miss with a variety of doctors before finding one who indeed prescribes antabuse. Does anyone know of such a doctor? I am leary of online pharmscies I might get ripped off again anyone know of a reputable online pharmacy?
