Hey hon, sorry this post got lost again.  I hope you're still here.  Please write back if you are.  I know you're prob going through hell right now, I know!  It's gonna suck for a few days....just lime a bad flu.

Please tell me you did  NOT mean 100-200 pills right?

Drink lots if you can, hit the tub for calming your restless leg syndrome, put some soothing music on.  Watch FUNNY tv or movies,  humour helps me sooo much.  Get some vitamins in you.  My biggest thing to help me with the "crazies", is to move; exercise, dance, walk, run.  I'm betting you're telling me to stuff it right now. Lol. You'd be surprised how much it helps.

Read the posts on this forum, write when you can. You're not alone here. Prayers and hugs

You can soooo do this!  I know you feel like garbage now, but once you come out on the other end, you will NOT regret it!  Day 4 is hard, give it a couple of more days and then revisit how you feel.  Do you have the items necessary to make this a little bit better, i.e., Immodium, Epsom Salts, Motrin, Emergen C, Potassium, etc....???  These things will help!  They won't be miracle cures but they will help take that edge off, ESPECIALLY the Epsom Salts baths!  Try to hang in there....music, earbuds in ears and blaring music.  Happy, anthem type songs to help motivate you. This helped me a lot....Helped me to get out of my head as well.  NOTHING heavy metal (for now!) Don't try to substitute the lack of energy with caffeine as it will backfire.  Stay in the damn bed!  Your sick right now and if you had the flu you'd be in bed, so what's the difference??? Sick is sick!  Try to stick it out b/c you are sooo close to being on the other side with the physical part....hang tight...it will be better soon! I promise!!!!!  Keep posting!

Hello, yep, im a stay at home mum too.
Sometimes its very tough and lonely.
The start of a detox will of coarse make things much worse and those feelings more intense.
I do take an anti depressant which takes away my sadness and depression.
Most of us mothers take/took some form of mood enhancer, to lift our spirits and make us more capable, happier etc.
But when it gets out of control, the drugs do the opposite making us feel just aweful.
A detox is so exhausting and emotional.
But im on the other side now, i am content without using now and it was a long process to get to this stage.
Sunlight does help with the sad feeling or a vitamin D supplement.
Im sorry things are rough at the moment, but i promise, if you stick with it, you will see the light at the end, take care xoxo

I felt the same. Not strong enough to stop. You have to decide that this is it and you want it. I weaned myself off. After 3 days I was laughing again and was so much more interested in my young boy, his expressions, his happiness. You will find soon that when you're clean, you won't feel so
lonely. You'll be more involved with your child or children. I let the dishes pile to the sky, barely cleaned the house and told my two kids that it's cereal for a few days. My son's exact words after letting him have Scooby doo cereal "you're the best mom EVER!". Try and stock up on anything that'll make this process easier, prepackaged snacks for the kids, juice boxes and same for you.
You can and will get through this. I hid out for a few days in my room and told the kids to help out more. I hope this helps you feel a little better.
