need some advice, help please

Good morning all,well today is day 21 clean from norcos and I'm am feeling so good!! Know one in my family knew of my addiction, I told my husband when I went c\t.with his help and everyone on this forum I am clean. I was just told last night that my couison has been addicted to hydros for about 4 years.She came to me wanting my help to get off them[ I don't think she knew i was an addict,I hide it quite well] She is going to stay with me for a few days so I can help her,I have all the vitamans and such,but my question is on the thomas recipe it say take enough valium to produce sleep,I never  took valium in my withdraws but she has them for hers.I don't know how much she needs to take sleep?

it would probably depend on whether she takes regularly.  a 5ml would knowck me out.  and during w/ds it might take a lil more.  good luck to her.  and you are doing great.  keep it up.

you are great to do this for her.  Maybe you should talk to her about your addiction - maybe it would help her through this.

I will talk to her about mine sometime today, I forgot to say that her doctor gave her the valium to take because she has real bad panic attacks. she take 10 mg if she gets an attack. She say that don't make her sleepy.

If she is taking valium on a regular basis it may not help much.  I suggest she tell her Dr what is going on and have her take them as the Dr has ordered. Valium is fairly safe but if she falls off the wagon an mixes with alcohol or other drugs it can be dangerous.

You are such a sweetheart to help her out.  That is even more reason to keep yourself clean.  I would tell her to talk to the dr but I wouldn't administer the valium to her, let her do it herself.  I wish you luck.  Oh, warn her that valium is addictive and tell her not to take too much.
