night 5-no sleep

just wondering what happens when you go without rem sleep for too long?   the first 4 nights of wd, I used promethazine, and it helped me get at least 4 or 5 hours sleep.I'm on night 5, the pains are pretty much over,  i didn't take any sleep aides last night and got no sleep at all.   work will be interesting, again

Sway is right,I know it's rough,but sleep will come.Have you tried the valerian or the melatonin? The melatonin helped me.I will keep you in my prayers today.I hope you have an easy day at work and that you get some peaceful sleep tonight....Kim
