no sleep for nine days

i cold turkey off tramm 9days ago at night right when i start to dose off i get a anghst feeling in the pit of my stomach tried verios types of sleep stuff my thing is afrte going thruogh this ido not want any pills will this aggitation go away  how long iknow every one is differant

i have melatonin i am wondering if i did some sort of damage by taking 20 of these thing aday because its not just laying in bed awake it more agitation i could handle just laying but tossing and turning has to go  (when)

Have you tried a hot bath or shower before bed?  Cup of warm milk?  I know the sleep thing is tough but it will come back....Just keep holding on.  Your doing really great!!  sara

D~id you try melatonine or valerian roots? Helps a lot tremendously, give it a try...

Can you go to a health food / vitamin store and purchase an OTC natural sleep aid? After nine days you must be going nuts. Check out the Amino Acid protocol, I believe there is a natural herb listed in their that helps.
