no suboxone in Canada

I just checked everywhere and there is no Suboxone in Canada, so I'm going to have to go through withdrawals without any help.  I've heard about a Thomas Recipe, and could get the ingredients for that.  I want to get started on this like yesterday, I'm so tired of feeling so drugged, or only feeling good when I am drugged, but not really, which I know sounds confusing.  Basically I just want OFF, I really despise them.

Hello and welcome..i am also from Canada and have just gone through the oxy wd from ct.  Keep yourself mentally focused on the end result to get you through.  Keep taking hot baths or showers ( preferred the baths myself).  Keep posting for support and to let everyone know your progress.  It really helps to have someone to talk to that knows what you are going through.  

Be strong, you can do this.  I am really proud of you for making this decision for your own health.

I've heard about the blood pressure medication but that may not work for me as I already am anemic and have low blood pressure.  I think I have just about everything else for the Thomas Recipe, if I can manage to keep anything down.
Why is my name black and everyone else's is blue?

Sounds like you've made up your mind to get clean, and thats the start. Do what ever you have to to get clean. The end result is what your after.  And you can do it!  Your life is worth the effort.

I think that is a great starting point. I, myself, had to do the same thing-not bring them with me to work. It makes a HUGE difference! If you need to taper, taper! I personally could not, but some people can, and that is a great start.

I know..Canada has not approved it as of yet. I just went through this with someone else.

Some items on the Thomas Recipe are also not available to you..perhaps depending on where you are in Canada. If you can, get some clonidine from your doctor. It is a prescribed medication but it is helpful with blood pressure as well as aiding in minimizing the withdrawal symptoms.

Well, I'm going to try it tomorrow. the worst thing that can happen is that I can't do it while I'm at work.  I only took 2 20 mg oxys all day, so tomorrow I'll just bring one.  I know you are going to say, if you have it that you'll take it, but I want off these so badly htta if I can at all handle the day without taking it, I won't.  It's not about the high any more.

I'm sooooo sorry!!! That really sux!! I'm curious too about your plans now. What do you have in mind to help with it? Maybe the Thomas Recipe will work for you. And you said you had valium right? Try that too, and keep us posted on your progess.

Wow, I'm surprised there's no Sub in Canada. When are you gonna start the Cold turkey? Do you have a plan?   Keep in touch. You can do it!
