nose hole

i use cocaine socially but over the years i guess it has caused my nose to deteriorate and i have a huge hole now- i am not sure how i did not realize it - but i can stick my finger through it to the other side - i know grioss what are some of the medical problems i may encounter? how can i fix it? how much does it cost? is it possible for my nose to fall off or collaspse?

i guess this post is a few months old, but oh well. i can do the same, the hole in my nose is just as bad, and no it never heals properly, but it does stop hurting and bleeding. obviously you have damaged your septum. my suggestion would be to stop using, before something worse happens. and no your nose dosen't fall off.
