nose issues

i been snorting pain pills for years and i was doin tyloxes and now its like the pain in my nose is unbearable and is probably infected too, i have tried taking them by mouth and stop snorting them because of the damage to my nose but they dont help the pain, but if i snort another one the pain will stop in just a few seconds, i am trying to stop them but because of the pain in my nose i cant, snorting them is the only way to stop the pain and the pain is so bad sometimes when i try to quit it cause me to scream, anyone know something i can do to get my nose to stop hurting and clear up so i can stop snorting pain pills,

Your best bet would be to call a doctor and talk with them. I'm sure the pain is bad in your nose, but that shouldn't be an excuse to continue taking pain pills. When you're an addict like me, it's almost as though we make excuses TO take the pills rather than to get off of them. I hope this helps.

I'm going through the same thing as you right now. I have a torn disc in my back and it works a lot faster than swallowing them.  Cut back and only snort when it is unbearable, mornings are always the worst. If you get the pain/itch to snort, only do enough to make it go away, try not to do the entire pill.  Saline helps some, I have been using water to rinse out afterwards and get all of the tylenol out, I even snort the water in small amounts to rinse out completely. I am allergic to neosporin so I cant use it but it worked well for others I know. I use lotions and creams to keep it moist.  If you can get down to 2 per day to control the nose pain then stop completely. You should have the "itch" for 24-36 hours and then u should be fine. It is hell trying to stop, I keep doing it even though my nose is falling apart.
