i have been getting some flack for some comments..it seems they don't think i am here for a reason...to the ney sayers<--never had to spell that before..sorry....i don't think you get it...i was or coulda been on top of the world...1 was makin 50 k a year at the biggest casino convetion ballroom in the world....a minute later i was on the ground getting whooped by 10 cops for a bad thing...i was a serious oxycontin user ...could not have morning coffe without my fix up to 10 80's a day...fam doc said i should be dead..i am now ox clean for 12-13 dayzzz....ct clean....if i use humour or if you read a post that makes no sense to you please read my earlyer posts....they all kinda flow together...if it were not for the ppl that respond(u know who u are...thx)...i would be fooked and maybe on hthe run..
laughter is the best medicine...i could be lookin at 7 years in jail and if i dont fix me if i want to laugh while i sobber out i think it should be ok.........if i get big time i hope they have a pc i can use then i will post about my addiction and how many times i've defended my ***....those will be low down gloomy posts...please just let me get better and there seems to be ppl that enjoy my way of dealing with the fact i might be bubas *****  ...ok....please and thx

In the 4 months I have been reading and posting here there have been several comments about humor and post some don't think fit. I however, think that as we grow and change need some comic relief. Even the post that may seem insincere about quiting drugs, not you, can have a positive affect on some people when they know they don't feel that anymore. Keep posting we'll keep enjoying.

thx all......just did 700 dishes(have not done dishes sober in a while)..i almost gave up a couple times but thought screw that...gota be able to do all i can w/out dope....getting that mindset is tough but i'm tougher.......the wife does not get the forum but i do....you guys have helped me mega...i am not going to use and hope that my plan to stay out of jail works....i've got alot done this week....stressfull stuff....omg i gota stay outa jail stuff.

Unfortunately, some people have no sense of humor.  You do whatever it takes to get you through.  I'm one of those people who uses humor to get me through bad situations, and sometimes people just don't see things the same way that I do and end up either getting offended or thinking I'm just plain strange.  You need to do whatever works for you.  Nobody is forced to read anyone else's posts here.  If someone doesn't agree with the way someone expresses themselves, they're free to skip over reading what they wrote.
